We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. This place is idyllically situated perched on the side of the slope, allowing for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff provided top-notch service, catering to our every need with their room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. They even offered an airport shuttle, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the tours and ticket assistance provided by the helpful staff. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel's spa and wellness center was a true oasis, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a variety of relaxing treatments such as massages and facials. The sun terrace and heated swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The garden area provided a tranquil space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I loved the beautiful location of this hotel, nestled in the mountains and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The restaurant served delicious food that was a highlight of my stay. the staff was courteous and friendly, always willing to assist me during my stay.
I found the mattresses in the hotel to be extremely hard, making it difficult to get a proper night's sleep. the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby which was an inconvenience for me as I had some work to do in my room.

Located near the slopes and with access to a gondola, this mountain hotel offers convenience and stunning views. Rooms are cozy and well equipped, breakfast is tasty and the staff is friendly.
The hotel's location was quite far from the next village, making it difficult to explore the area outside of skiing.

The location of this hotel was amazing! I had access to the slopes right outside my room and could easily ski down to the gondola. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the breakfast was excellent. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
No negatives from this hotel. This city provided a great escape and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The pool and sauna area were nice and clean, a great way to unwind after skiing. Location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the slopes. the ski rental service provided by the hotel saved us the hassle of going to a rental shop.
The overall experience wasn't great. the staff was extremely unprofessional, and rude at times.
